What will it cost us to work with The Anca Group? The all-important question. 

Because each branding and marketing program that The Anca Group conducts is custom, this pricing overview will not tell you in dollar amounts what you might expect to pay to work with The Anca Group. However, it will tell you two things:

  1. How The Anca Group determines pricing for each client relationship.
  2. That any medial company or practice with any sized budget can work with The Anca Group to achieve outstanding branding and marketing results.

Pricing Overview

Pricing is based on the three phases of The Anca Group's Strategic Marketing Approach - 1. Audit & Assessment; 2. Strategy & Plan Development; and 3. Execution & Evaluation - and the depth and breath of work to be performed by The Anca Group. Simply put, the deeper or broader the scope of work, the more time required, the more budget.

While The Anca Group typically performs the first two phases (Audit & Assessment and Strategy & Plan Development), performance of the third phase (Execution & Evaluation) is flexible based on the client's needs, budget, and resources. The Anca Group is able to work with its clients on the final phase in one of three ways:

  1. The Anca Group executes Phase 3 - Execution & Evaluation.
  2. The client executes Phase 3 - Execution & Evaluation.
  3. A third party executes Phase 3 - Execution & Evaluation.

Should Phase 3 be performed by the client or a third party, The Anca Group is available to consult the client and / or the third party ensure goals and objectives are achieved. 

Engagement Process

Here's how it works:

Step 1 

  1. Have an initial 30-60 minute free consultation with The Anca Group.
  2. Review a tailored proposal based on the initial consultation. 
  3. Agree to the scope of work to be performed by The Anca Group. 

Step 2

  1. Review findings and outputs from The Anca Group's Audit & Assessment and Strategy & Plan Development. 
  2. Determine, in conjunction with The Anca Group, the best working arrangement for Execution & Evaluation of the strategy and plan.
    • Scenario 1: Review The Anca Group's tailored proposal for Execution & Evaluation.
    • Scenario 2: Make plans to preform the execution and evaluation of the marketing strategy and plan internally.
    • Scenario 3: Send request for proposal (RFP) for the Execution & Evalution phase to appropriate third parties.
